Earthquake and other calamities

Just as a point of clarification, and I'm sorry I didn't post something sooner, but the earthquake that happened up north in the Iwate prefecture of Japan did not affect me, as I was on a bus traveling south towards Mt. Fuji when it occured. Some of those who stayed back at the hotel in Tokyo felt it because the hotel swayed, since it's designed to do that. On another note, one of the group had to fly back home because his house was destroyed by a wild fire, and the Tama group, located right near Tokyo, was in a fender bender accident with a car and two people were taken to the hospital as a precaution to check for neck injuries. My group, however, has actually been blest with much safety and terrific experiences so far, and we plan to enjoy more as the week goes on.
